Health and Occupational Safety
Furnishing employees with ergonomic workspaces is self-evident at viasit. Not only are the employees working in our offices supported well and encouraged to move but also the employees in production. With special attention, careful planning and the implementation of healthy work bays and loads we support healthy muscles and avoid unnecessary strain during product assembly.
External specialists such as occupational therapists, physicians and occupational safety engineers regularly oversee the occupational health and safety of our employees through health tests, training and provision of information on the subject of job safety and regular audits of working conditions.
At Viasit you can expect diversity – with your tasks as well as with your colleagues. Viasit has signed the “Charter of Diversity.” In doing so, we commit ourselves to create a working environment that is free of prejudice.
Aligned to this commitment, all employees are valued - regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, belief, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity.
Any decisions within our business that will have an impact on personnel have to be referred to the Viasit Works Council. Whether it is a question of renumeration, recruitment, rules regarding overtime, bargaining agreements, staff appraisals, and much more besides – decisions are always made on the basis of cooperation and consensus and in consultation with employee representatives.
At Viasit, your career will not come to a standstill. We offer both those starting out and 'old hands' the same opportunities to progress and develop their careers, thereby ensuring they can make the most of their talents at all times. This progression includes attractive remuneration, continuous 'on-the-job' development programmes and regular feedback from line managers.
