Software manufacturer Ianeo has expanded its company headquarters at the Villa Reppert, with the construction of a new building: The IANEUM is a kfw55 energy-efficient timber construction.

An agile-hybrid occupation concept allows for optimal joint use of the two buildings and the employees determine their own workspace and decide whether they want to work mobile or stationary at the location.
