a strong group of five European companies since last December. To reflect this new, expanded focus in our Company branding, we have now taken the next step:

On April 16^th registered “Viasit Bürositzmöbel GmbH” was officially re-registered and has become “Viasit Workspace Designers GmbH.”

This exciting merger under the umbrella of Workspace Factories, will give our customers great benefit from significant synergies: an expanded product portfolio, combined innovative strength, and a network of partners who impress with short communication channels and efficient collaboration.

In short: Viasit now offers even more comprehensive workspace concepts from a sole source. The new name reflects this commitment.

Apart from our new name, nothing else changes. All contracts and agreements remain valid, as do addresses and contact details, commercial register number, and VAT ID. Our subsidiary, “Viasit International Ltd.” based in London, is also unaffected by this name change.

Under the new name, we – together with our colleagues at Workspace Factories and our specialist retailers – aim to successfully contribute to shaping the working environments of tomorrow.
